What to expect:

  • Guiding you through the 5 Steps of my Energise Nutrition and Lifestyle Programme in 12 weeks.

  • 10 weekly group coaching sessions (90 minutes each) delivered via zoom.

  • Private access to online text or voice message support group via Voxer (free app) during working hours.

  • Session-recordings provided for re-watching/catchup. 

  • TWO x ONE TO ONE sessions with me to go over your personal history and goals. (one at the start of the programme, one at the end).


Pricing: £975 This comes to roughly £81 per week. You have a choice of paying monthly (£325 per month) or in full.
